Ajarn Aik of Sukhumwit Soi 62 near Wat Bunrod Thammaram of Bangkok

Having found Ajarn Aik online was a blessing but it was difficult to find him in Bangkok where he was based to sakyant. He travelled a lot to sak yant too. I googled hard but details on how to get there were sketchy.

Ajarn Aik Yai taken from online sources
Ajarn Aek (He had many variation of his name)

There were no contact or address and even if there were address it was partial. Based on the info i gathered i searched for him on my first 2 nights in Bangkok.

I heard he open from evening onwards therefore on the evening i arrived, I went over to look for him. Based on the info, they said he stayed near the temple of Wat Bunrod Thummaram. On another user account, u can ask around when u reached the temple. He is famous in that area.:)

Wat Bunrod Thammaram (pronounced as Wat Boon-law Time-ma-run)

The first night, i managed to find him through the help of the taxi driver. However it could be the language barrier, they asked me to come back tomorrow night and made an appointment. I did called but no answer and realised he was away when i reached there the next day.

I found him through the help of his neighbour and Ajarn Aik's wife told me he wont be back til next week. He cant speak English therefore there is no point giving me address or contact. The place looked dirty and shabby. Mosquitoes were attracted to me.

I kept begging her and she relented by giving me the email address and telephone number. She warned that she cant speak english. Therefore its better to send her an email. She can only speak very minimal english. So be clear and concise. I think its luckyjiji@hotmail.com, sorry if im wrong as i lost the email after shifting.

Another thing they are moving towards the temple, just beside it. Therefore it would be easier to find him. Just tell the taxi driver the name of the temple.

Though i may have done my first sak yant with Ajarn Neng but i felt i owe Ajarn Aik wife a favor so i must post this and inform interested parties of this info.

U can take BTS to Bang Chak then a cab there. Should cost 30B.

Address found on one of internet source

I used this to show to taxi driver to Ajarn Ek

Please make an appointment before flying or seeing him to avoid disappointment like mine.:( I must say the place was quite messy and dirty, could it be they are moving thats why?

I prefer Ajarn Neng which was cleaner and i saw someone cleaning the place thoroughly before letting us in.

I am looking for a monk who will look at my destiny before deciding on the sak yant design and placement. If you know please inform me?

Good luck!
